Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Access
Vertex VPN may offer auto-renewing subscriptions that provide access to premium VPN features. Available products, billing periods, prices, trial eligibility, and included features are displayed in the app and on the Apple purchase screen before confirmation.
2. Billing Through Apple
Payment is charged to the Apple ID account used to confirm the purchase. Apple processes the transaction and displays the final price, currency, taxes, and applicable regional adjustments. RARE OUTSTANDING CONSULTANTS CO.,LIMITED does not receive complete payment card details.
3. Auto-Renewal
A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge the account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
4. Trials and Promotions
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, its duration and eligibility are shown before purchase. Unless canceled before the offer ends, the subscription converts to the paid plan shown on the purchase screen.
5. Managing or Canceling a Subscription
Deleting Vertex VPN does not cancel an active subscription. To manage or cancel through iOS:
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Premium access generally remains available until the end of the current paid period.
6. Restore Purchases
If premium access is not recognized, use the restore purchase option available in the app while signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase.
7. Refund Requests
Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases under its policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not control Apple's eligibility decisions or processing times.
8. Changes to Products or Prices
Subscription products, features, or prices may change. Apple will provide any notice or consent required for a price change. Changes do not affect rights provided by applicable law.
